British Airways i360 open
With the delivery of the British Airways i360, Hollandia Infra has added a new iconic steel structure to its track record of eye catching projects in the UK; and a worthy successor to the popular London Eye, opened in 2000.
Conceived and designed by London firm Marks Barfield Architects, the designers behind the London Eye, the British Airway i360 is the world's tallest observation tower.
The 162-metres high and -tall vertical tower with a fully enclosed futuristic glass observation pod gently lifts groups of up to 200 passengers to a height of 138 metres, like a vertical cable car.
Hollandia Infra has been main contractor for this new tourist attraction in Brighton that opened to the public begin August 2016.
